Terms of service

Last updated: 20 October 2026

These terms apply to the use of officedash, offered by [COMPANY NAME]. By creating an account you agree to them on behalf of your organisation.

The service

officedash shows information about your office on a TV: people data, announcements, the weather and other widgets. We work to keep it available, but we don't guarantee that it is always online or free of errors. We may change and improve its features over time.

Accounts

You need an account to set up officedash. Keep your password safe and make sure the details you give us are correct. You are responsible for what happens in your workspace, including what your colleagues add to it, and for having the right to show your organisation's people data on a screen.

Trial and subscription

Every plan starts with a free trial. After the trial, officedash continues only once you choose a plan and pay. A subscription renews every period until you cancel it. You can cancel at any time and keep access until the end of the period you paid for. The prices are on the pricing page.

Acceptable use

Don't use officedash to break the law, to show content that is unlawful or offensive or that you have no right to show, to try to get into other workspaces, or to put an unreasonable load on the service. We may suspend a workspace that does.

Liability

officedash is provided as it is. Our liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event that caused the damage, except where the law does not allow a limit, such as for intent or gross negligence. We are not liable for indirect damage, such as lost profit, or for outages of services we depend on, such as HoorayHR.

Ending the agreement

You can stop using officedash at any time and delete your workspace yourself under Settings → Account in the app, which deletes it and your account at once (or ask us by email). We may end the agreement with one month's notice, or at once if you seriously breach these terms. After the end, we delete your workspace data as the privacy policy describes.

Governing law

Dutch law applies to these terms. Disputes go to the competent court in the Netherlands, unless the law gives you another choice. Questions about these terms? Email us at hello@officedash.app.
